Job Description

Spell Link is looking for an experienced CSR Expert to join our team for a Travel Campaign. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or travel-related campaigns and be confident in handling customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide professional customer service.
• Communicate with customers regarding travel-related products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the customer interaction.
• Follow campaign procedures and achieve assigned performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a relevant campaign, preferably a travel campaign.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations.
• Target-oriented and professional attitude.
• Ability to work the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.
• Candidates with relevant travel campaign experience will be preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.
