Customer Care Advisor

We are looking for a clear-communicating and dependable Customer Care Advisor to join our team on a fully remote flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, assist clients with scheduling and support, and provide high-quality customer service over the phone and via email.

Prior experience in the home care or social care sector is welcomed, though not strictly required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist with client updates, administrative tasks, and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Deliver supportive, solution-focused communication to all callers.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the UK with existing Right to Work (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or care coordination preferred.
• Background in home care or healthcare is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home-working environment.
