Position: Customer Care Agent / Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international customers.

● Provide professional customer support and resolve queries efficiently.

● Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

● Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

● Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.

● Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

● Excellent / fluent English communication is mandatory.

● Good verbal communication and active listening skills.

● Comfortable communicating with international customers.

● Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

● Candidates should be comfortable working in a night shift.

● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process.

● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Pay: ₹18,851.39 - ₹30,800.00 per month
