Customer Care Assistant (Remote)

WBO Service is hiring a Customer Care Assistant (Remote) in New York, NY. This is a full-time remote position paying $24–$29 per hour. Experience is welcome but not required. Applicants must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.

Duties

• Respond to customer questions
• Assist by phone and email
• Provide clear service information
• Update customer records
• Handle routine requests
