Customer Care Associate (CCA) Crossword Bookstores Pvt. Ltd. – Hug A Mug Store, Kozhikode Assisted customers and provided excellent customer service. Handled billing and cash/card/UPI transactions using POS. Maintained product displays and managed store inventory. Supported daily store operations and achieved sales targets. Working Hours: 9-hour shift Weekly Off: 1 day per week Benefits: PF (Provident Fund) & Life Insurance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
