Customer Care Associate

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries across various online channels within 36 hours
• Assist customers with requests such as but not limited to reservations, transfers, special orders, returns, etc.
• Able to prioritize inquiries and anticipate customer requests and responses

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years in College
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English and intermediate in verbal and written Tagalog
• Familiar with online retail and courier processes
• Adept at online platforms
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
