Customer Care Associate

Qualifications:

• With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction, real estate, or related industries
• Background in client servicing, account management, business development, or project coordination is highly valued
• Familiarity with construction processes, project lifecycle, bidding, and contract documentation is an advantage
• Experience working with corporate clients, project owners, consultants, or subcontractors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work independently and meet targets in a results-driven environment
• Experience in offshore gaming (POGO) or other client-centric industries is a plus
• Ability to speak a foreign language is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup (at least 3 days onsite)
