Customer Care Associate

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare account.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes (eligibility, claims, billing, medical terminology) is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in computer use and data entry.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree accepted.
