- Role : CCA
- Channel : Outbound
- Profile : Outbound Sales
CCAs should be comfortable to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Languages : Fluency in English & Hindi
- Experience : Minimum one-year outbound sales experience, Outbound Core Sales in VRM / Insurance Background
- Good Knowledge about the insurance Product.
- Relevant past experience on selling insurance and Multi-selling skill
Retention Profile :
- Good In excel Knowledge.
- Languages : Fluency in English & Hindi and any one regional language
- Experience : Minimum one-year outbound sales experience, Outbound Core Sales in VRM / Insurance Background.
