Customer Care

Operations:

a) Provide email, telephonic and in person support / assistance to the patients seeking services of the laboratory;

b) Provide email and telephonic support to other laboratories and centres sending samples to lab;

c) Courier the slides / blocks to the centres along with reports;

d) Coordinate with Logistics for dispatch of reports;

e) Provide communication to the hospital and internal team.

f) Operate in the shifts as assigned;

g) To familiarize with DOS of the laboratory;

LIS

a) Authorized to register samples in LIS from other centres;

b) Authorized to change demographics of the patient and tests requested (only for samples registered in lab);

c) Print reports from LIS

Safety

a) To keep the working place in clean and hygienic environment;

Confidentiality

a) Shall not disclose any information that was developed /generated / gained during his / her employment to any such person, body or association that can affect directly or indirectly the business interest of the organization and confidentiality of the patient.
