61 Main contact with customers for new requests and updates, email coverage 61 Case management in Salesforce 61 Quotation creation in SAP and QAD 61 Follow up on the open quotations to enhance the win rate of the orders converted from open quotations. 61 Order creation in SAP and QAD 61 Sharing confirmed quote/orders with customers 61 Sharing order due date based on the parts availability and information from SAP 61 Keep the good relationship with cross cross-functional team and customers. 61 Understand the operation process and optimize it to improve the self-efficiency. 61 Ensure good communication with internal &external customers. 61 Back up for other colleagues within the team. 61 Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager. Requirements:

• Native speaker or professional translator in Japanese
• Writing and basic communication in English
• Bachelor degree with 1 year + experiences in customer care function
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Good Judgment on the issue development
