What they need
- Minimum education D3/S1, preferably in Hospital Management, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Front Office, or Patient Relations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Able to handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
- Good understanding of customer service standards and patient service procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Willing to work according to hospital operational schedules, including shifts if required.
- Well-groomed, responsible, disciplined, and committed to providing excellent patient experience.
- Willing to be based in Batam, Riau Islands.
