Customer Care Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's Business degree.
• Must have good communication skills.
• With experience in customer experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on-site in Balatas, Naga City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interment Arrangement

2. Handles customer's inquiries and concerns.

3. Ensures all requirements are submitted to the office and all documents are properly signed/accomplished before interment.

4. Ensures the casket declaration form is properly accomplished by the client and forwarded to POS for checking.

5. Checks the completeness of the interment set-up before the scheduled interment time.

6. Ensures all items needed to facilitate the interment/paraphernalia are in a clean and good working condition.

7. Acts as a host/facilitator during the interment.

8. Writes Gravedigging Order Form.

9. Handles Cremation Arrangement.

10. Keeps track of assets and inventories needed for interment.
