Customer Care Coordinator

Saylors Systems Heating and Air is a local, family-owned HVAC company looking for an organized, dependable Customer Care Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and our customers taken care of.

If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things organized when the day gets busy, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Schedule service appointments and installations.
• Coordinate with our technicians and keep customers updated.
• Maintain accurate customer records and paperwork.
• Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and maintenance agreements.
• Support daily office tasks and help keep things from falling through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Confidence using computers and learning new software.
• Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to help where needed.
• Previous administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred. HVAC experience is a plus!
• Bonus points for having experience using the Microsoft suite; Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint.
