Customer Care Executive (5-day work week)

THE JOB

• Provide friendly and timely assistance via digital platforms such as email, Facebook and live chat
• Help customers arrange, reschedule, or follow up on home appliance repair bookings or follow up cases by outgoing call or email
• Listen to customer feedback with empathy and offer professional solutions
• Work closely with our internal technical teams to resolve product and service inquiries and feedback efficiently.
• Provide a premium, helpful service experience for our valued clients and key accounts

THE PERSON

• Diploma in any field discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or handling customer dissatisfaction
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A quick learner who is eager to understand our home appliance products and troubleshooting basics.
• A positive team player with good interpersonal and listening skills.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Care Executive
