Customer Care Executive (CCE)

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, service requests, and provide timely solutions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic approach while communicating with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Meet defined customer service and performance targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
