What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound calls to provide top-notch customer support.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions.

Who Can Apply?

• Education: Graduation is mandatory (10+2+3).
• Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers are welcome!).
• Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English, Tamil, & Hindi.
• Other Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and time management
