The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

• Ability to speak in Hindi, English, and any Regional Language

• Experience in handling voice and non-voice support channels

• Daily Deliverables

• Per day 25-30 tickets to be created

• Answer all calls with ZERO Abandon

• 1st response to all ticket emails within 1hr

• Closure of tickets within 24hrs

• Clear mailbox by responding to all follow-up emails within the same day

• Reminders to be sent for closure/ information pending cases (3 Attempts)

• Ad-Hoc reports if required

• Shift Flexibility

• Mon-Sat - 8.5Hrs productive effort per day

• Break management (1hr per day split into two 15mins, one 30mins)

• Leaves must be planned (Intimate before 10days)

• ZERO Unplanned last minute leave plans

• Basic computer proficiency and ticketing tools knowledge

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset

• Exposure to technical support or automotive domain would be an added advantage

• Candidate who can showcase ownership and be accountable
