Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Permanent WFH(Gurugram)

Qualification: Graduate

International Voice experience minimum 1 year

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Manage post-booking queries seats, baggage, check-in & flight-related concerns
• Handle cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
• Resolve customer concerns with strong First Call Resolution (FCR)
• Achieve CSAT, AHT, Quality & Productivity targets
• Drive revenue through effective upselling
• Handle escalations with empathy and ownership
• Ensure 100% adherence to processes, SOPs & basic hygiene requirements
