We are a leading Shipping & Air Logistics company with a global network and branches across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Care Team.

Position: Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide shipment status updates and delivery information.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Follow up on shipments and keep customers informed throughout the logistics cycle.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
