Hiring: Key Account Manager / Client Acquisition Background Verification (BGV)

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Salary: Up to 30,000 NTH + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationship with BGV clients and generate business.
• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for client retention and business growth.

Eligibility:

• Graduate
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Acquisition, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
