Customer Care Executive

• Promote and sell tour packages, travel services, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance, and airline tickets.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel regulations, and package inclusions.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Process reservations, bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Keep updated with tourism trends, destination knowledge, and travel industry developments.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of service before, during, and after travel.

  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to service excellence.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
