Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, or email in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately update customer information in the system
- Coordinate effectively with team members
Eligibility Criteria
:
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible
- Good English communication skills (spoken) are mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Work Schedule:
- 5 days working
- 2 days rotational week off
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Salary:
- 1 LPA to 5.5 LPA (Based on interview performance )
