What they need
- Query Resolution: Answer questions regarding products, services, pricing, or policies promptly and professionally.
- Complaint Management: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or compensations.
- Data Management: Log all customer interactions, complaints, and feedback into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to measure customer satisfaction (CSAT) and analyze recurring issues.
- Sales Support: Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and promote new features based on customer needs
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
