Role & responsibilities:

• Handling customer calls and emails, tracking records in excel and portal.
• Preparation of sales orders, complaint orders, and sales invoices in the system.
• Order processing.
• Actively involved in handling Customer Disputes with the Customer Service Team.
• Coordination with Dealers, Sales team & production team for dispatch.
• Follow up with plant & Supplier regarding the Supply of stock & expected date of the required stock.
• Planning Invoicing creation in system, E-Way Bill Generation.
• Troubleshooting of all Pan India delivery related issues and handling urgencies by coordinating with courier companies.
• Taking care of customers no stock materials follow ups & timely dispatching
• Updating all MIS Reports
• Updating customers debit notes to account department for smooth functioning of their account.
• Co-ordinating with warehouse team for pending order, delay dispatch, error orders, grn of fabrics & urgent deliveries.
• Working System - ERP & SAP.
