- Role & responsibilities -
- Handle day-to-day tenant/customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Register, track, and follow up on maintenance and service complaints until resolution.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Property Teams for timely closure of complaints.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, resolutions, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Regularly communicate with tenants regarding the status and expected resolution time of their requests.
- Assist in move-in and move-out coordination, including inspections, documentation, and handover-related activities.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding rent, security deposit, maintenance, documentation, and other operational requirements.
