Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and provide information on services.
• Coordinate studio bookings, shoots, podcasts, and client schedules.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain customer records, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal production and creative teams.
• Keep clients updated on schedules and project progress.
• Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assist with quotations, payments, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Client Coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English.
• Kannada/Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong customer service, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Interest in media, content, or creative production is preferred.
