Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to travel agents, tour operators, corporates, and potential guests for room bookings and hotel enquiries.
• Generate and follow up on B2B and B2C leads for room sales.
• Share hotel details, room rates, packages, offers, and availability with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with travel agents and corporate clients.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned calling/sales targets.
• Maintain updated records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Hotel Operations team for booking confirmation and guest requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in telecalling, hotel sales, travel, or hospitality preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up regularly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Hotel or travel industry experience will be an advantage.
