What they need
We are looking for candidates who know the following languages:
English with Punjabi
English with Telgu
English with Hindi (North ascent only)
English with Tamil
English with Kannada
Role & responsibilities
- Customer-focused attitude and the capacity to adjust to and handle various personalities
- Answering calls and emails from consumers
- Addressing their concerns and inquiries
- Guiding them through simple setup or troubleshooting procedures
- Co ordinating between clients and customers
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 0 - 1 years of experience in calling/customer support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong multitasking and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
