Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Friendly, patient, and professional approach.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Prior experience in customer service/call handling will be an advantage.
