What they need
- Lead Generation: Call prospective customers from provided databases to pitch vehicle models, parts, or special offers.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer inbound phone calls, chats, and WhatsApp messages regarding vehicle pricing, features, and availability.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book showroom visits, test drives, and periodic maintenance or repair slots for the service department.
- Customer Follow-Up: Call back interested buyers, finance applicants, or past service customers to encourage repeat business or deal closure.
- Data Management: Record customer feedback, update interaction logs, and maintain accurate records inside the company's CRM software.
- Team Coordination: Hand off warm, qualified sales leads directly to floor sales executives or service advisors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
