Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support Executive to join our

team for the Customer support process. The role involves assisting delivery partners with their queries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between

Restaurant and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time support to customer via call and chat .

Address customer concerns regarding app issues, payment queries, login/access problems, etc.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate cases when necessary.

Assist in onboarding new customer , if required.
