Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a flexible, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join the Native Milk team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, orders, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, willing to take ownership of customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, products, and other service-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Support order management and other customer service activities as required.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the concerned team.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to take additional responsibilities when required.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or order management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
