Job Title: Telecalling & Customer Support Intern

Location: Vasai
Internship Duration: 3Month
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and order confirmation.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and order status.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and support tickets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare daily call reports and customer interaction summaries.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous telecalling or customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
