Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

• Provide accurate information related to products/services.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

• Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and processes.

Job Details

• Shift: 12-hour rotational Morning & Night shifts

• Working Days: 4 working days + 3 weekly offs

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.

• Trial Period: 1 week, Monday to Friday, with 9-hour shifts.

• Training: 1 month paid training.

• Provisional Period: 6 months.

Provisional Period

During the 6-month provisional period, the candidate’s performance, attendance, communication skills, customer handling, discipline and overall work quality will be monitored. Continuation of employment will depend on satisfactory performance and company requirements.

Training & Assessment

After completing the 1-month paid training, a final assessment will be conducted.

• Candidates who clear the assessment will continue in the role with a salary of ₹15,000–₹18,000.

• If the candidate does not clear the assessment, ₹10,000 training salary will be paid for the completed training month, and employment will not continue.

• Shift timings may change after training as per company requirements.

Interview Process

HR Round → Manager Round → HOD Round

Candidates who clear all three rounds will proceed to the training process.

Mandatory Work from Home Setup

Candidates must have:

• Laptop/Desktop

• Headset with working microphone

• Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection

• Electricity/Power Backup

• Suitable and quiet workspace

Important: Internet/Wi-Fi, electricity, power backup, laptop/desktop, headset and other WFH-related expenses will be borne by the candidate. These expenses will not be separately reimbursed by the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational Morning & Night shifts.

• Willing to work 4 days with 3 weekly offs.

• Comfortable working in a permanent WFH environment.

• Must have a stable internet connection and power backup.

• Ability to follow company processes and maintain discipline.

• Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn.
