Customer Care Executive

Jal Yoga is a unique yoga, Pilates, and barre concept studio that first opened in Singapore in January 2018. Since then, it has expanded to several countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai, and most recently, the Philippines in 2024. In the Philippines, Jal Yoga currently operates three branches-one in Alabang, which opened in August 2024, another in Makati, which opened in July 2025 and a third branch in Greenhills, which opened in December 2025. The studio is dedicated to inspiring individuals to go beyond their perceived physical and mental limits. Jal Yoga operates from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekends.

The Customer Care Executive will handle the day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions to issues, maintaining communication with customers, and supporting sales processes.

Position is purely onsite.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in fitness or wellness industry is a plus.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
