What you’ll be doing:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Understand customer needs & recommend the right products
Upsell & cross-sell wherever relevant
Resolve queries and deliver a great customer experience
Follow up with customers and ensure issues are actually closed
Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer journey
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 1+ year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care / Telesales / Inside Sales
Communicates confidently
Has a customer-first mindset
Knows that “I’ll get back to you” should actually mean getting back to them
