Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive - Backend Process to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service and must possess strong communication skills to handle customer interactions through calls and emails. The role involves resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining professional communication.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and process completion.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and maintain reports related to customer interactions and case status.

Preferred candidate profile:

Looking for Immediate Joiner, Candidate should have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience into Customer service Domestic or International with Excellent communication skills

Graduation is Mandatory

5 Days working with both side cabs
