We are looking for a Customer Care Executive – After-Sales Service to handle customer queries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience after purchase.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and enquiries related to after-sales service and product support.
• Register and manage customer complaints and service requests.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate assistance or guidance.
• Coordinate with service technicians and service centres.
• Provide customers with updates regarding their service requests and repair status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service requests, technician visits, and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved or critical complaints to the concerned supervisor or service team.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer care, after-sales service, customer support, or a related field.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
