Job Responsibilities:

* Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and requests.

* Assist customers with product information, availability, offers, and promotions.

* Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service issues according to company policy.

* Coordinate with Sales, Front End, Accounts, Inventory, and other departments to resolve customer issues.

* Manage customer calls and enquiries professionally.

* Maintain records of customer complaints and feedback.

* Support customer service desk operations.

* Ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain customer satisfaction.

* Escalate major customer issues to the concerned department or management.

* Follow company policies and maintain professional customer service standards.

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving ability.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

* Retail/Hypermarket experience is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
