We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Premium US Voice Process. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining a high level of service.
• Communicate clearly with US customers.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
• 12th Pass or above.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Comfortable working rotational night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
