Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a professional and customer‑focused experience. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries with timely and accurate resolutions
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and service‑related issues
• Manage queries related to prepaid and postpaid services
• Communicate effectively in English during customer interactions
• Maintain professional, polite, and customer‑focused communication
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction

Candidate Requirements:

• Good proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) eligible
• Strong communication and customer‑handling skills
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Customer‑focused and professional approach
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
• Willingness to work as per business and process requirements

• Age Range: 18–30 years

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
