Shift: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, as per the process requirements.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines.

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company policies and procedures.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Must be comfortable with rotational week offs.
