Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service to support the sales team of our two-wheeler showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, generating sales leads, following up with prospective customers, and scheduling showroom visits and test rides.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding two-wheelers, pricing, offers, and finance options.
• Follow up with customers who have enquired about vehicles through phone calls, websites, social media, and other channels.
• Inform customers about new vehicle launches, promotional offers, exchange schemes, and finance facilities.
• Schedule showroom visits and test rides for interested customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, pending purchases, and vehicle delivery updates.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with sales executives to convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales.
• Contact existing customers for service reminders, customer feedback, and satisfaction surveys, when required.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Pleasant telephone etiquette and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
• Ability to convince customers and follow up consistently.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer questions.
• Experience in telecalling, automobile sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Number of calls made per day.

• Showroom visits and test rides scheduled.
