Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service by answering incoming service requests, via phone, chat, email.
• Generates and dispatches service request work orders for completion by vendors.
• Responds to customer inquires and concerns. Follows up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Updates customer service database, and spreadsheets as needed with updated service information.
• Contacts customer for additional information and communicating the resolution or progress of customer complaints.
• Runs, reviews, and distributes various reports as necessary.
• Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to co-workers.

• Good communication skills
• Should have experience in Residential

Qualification:

• Minimum qualification graduation
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
