Customer Care Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on vehicle enquiries.
• Handle incoming calls and provide information about vehicle models, offers, and dealership services.
• Contact potential customers to generate sales leads and schedule showroom visits.
• Make follow-up calls regarding test drives, bookings, and pending enquiries.
• Conduct welcome calls and customer satisfaction calls after vehicle delivery or service visits.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details in CRM/DMS.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and direct complaints to the appropriate department.
• Achieve daily calling targets and support lead conversion.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
