What they need
- An automotive customer Care Executive oversees the customer experience and service department operations within a dealership or repair facility.
- Call the customer and describe about the services provided by AVG Motors
- Persuade the potential customer to purchase the service provided
- Explain the services provided and the price for the service and answer the questions of the customer
- Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers
- Maintain records of contacts
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
