Job Description

ROJMARG is looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Customer Care Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing service-related information, following up with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about company services.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily performance and customer service targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.
