Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle customer queries and manage customer coordination
• Approach all queries with a customer-centric attitude
• Manage data and generate MIS reports
• Offer exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Help build and improve customer service processes
• Adhere to set standards of TAT (turnaround time) and SLA (service level agreement)
• Demonstrate customer empathy during all interactions
