Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet assigned performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
